There is a long staircase to descend in order to reach the rooms from the reception. I have some arthritis in my knees and this does cause me some pain when going up or down.

The place in run down, the ambience felt like that of an abandoned building. Very poor service at the reception, restaurant and bar. Either the staff are incompetent or just rude.
